Why hello everyone and welcome to this week’s episode of Orange Juice Optional! 

Listen in as the ladies talk about fitbits and fitness. Michelle shares that she is a little obsessed with getting all “her steps” completed each day, but was happy to discover that active minutes can be found in the most unexpected places…like a dressing room while shopping.

Keeping with the theme of active minutes and exercise, the ladies then discuss the importance of a fitness routine as you age.  They each share their own relationship with fitness, and remind listeners that while cardio is important, stretching and toning are also equally important.  They all work together to bring into balance a healthy lifestyle. 

Suzanne reminds listeners that July’s book of the month will be “Whereabouts” by Jhumpa Lahiri”. This book is a collection of short stories that capture the thoughts of the main character over the span of a year.
