Why Hello… Let’s Talk Wedding Planning with Eva and Katy!
A huge glass of champagne is certainly in order today as Suzanne and Michelle welcome two very special guests to the podcast today. Michelle’s daughter-in-law-to-be, Eva, makes her first appearance, and Suzanne’s daughter, Katy, returns for her second, as they join our hosts in an animated and thoroughly informative discussion about weddings in general, and especially Eva’s plan for her own upcoming wedding. Eva begins by sharing how she’s feeling about the preparation so far, offering some highlights that have already been planned, and reviewing some of the COVID precautions that will be in place for the big day. From that point on, Suzanne and Katy share their vast amount of experience and advice regarding wedding planning, and respond to the questions that Eva has for them. Their advice covers a wide variety of topics such as visiting tables during the reception, various wedding traditions, seating charts, photography, and the order of events at the reception, among many, many others. Michelle also runs Katy and Eva through a ‘Bridezilla’ quiz, and Eva shares an app they will be inviting guests to access as well as the hashtag they have created for the wedding. As you will hear, there is so much to cover for this very special day that there just isn’t enough time to do it justice in one episode! The plan is to revisit it all on another episode closer to the wedding - something we can all look forward to as we join in the joy and excitement of this incredibly significant moment in the lives of our hosts and their families.
