For the "Joy" of Book Club

In this week’s episode of OJO, after a quick update from South America, Suzanne and Michelle will discuss “The Book of Joy” by Desmond Tutu, the Dalai Lama and Douglas Abrams.  While both of the ladies found this book inspiring, Suzanne, of course, had a couple ‘objections’ to share. Her thought provoking words will surely leave the listeners with an early ‘something to sip on’.

Then, as this episode comes to an end, Michelle reveals that the book they will be reading in February is “Eligible” by Curtis Sittenfield.  This book, is a modern day retelling of Jane Austen’s “Pride and Prejudice”.  Michelle hopes that the drama and angst found in the book will be February’s perfect companion.

Until next week everyone…Cheers!!
