Why Hello… Middle Adulthood! When Did You Show Up?

Suzanne’s had a bit of a sleepless night, but Michelle’s fully rested and ready to take on the topic of middle age, or as she prefers to call it, middle adulthood, in today’s episode. Originally intended to review the more positive side of this time in life, our hosts, as usual, look at all sides of the topic, adding in a number of their own experiences, both hilarious and touching. They begin today by tending to some unfinished business from their previous episode, namely sharing their favorite Seinfeld episode, before beginning their exploration of middle age. When they first noticed it setting in, the age they consider it to be, and some of its negative and positive attributes form much of this exploration along with examples from their own lives. They finish up by highlighting the importance of a ‘carpe diem’ attitude, and some pieces of valuable advice which they received from their parents. In yet another episode that runs the gamut from lighthearted to deeply thoughtful, Michelle and Suzanne again bring their unique perspective to bear on a fact of life to which everyone can relate.
